These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mcwwin ("we", "us", "the Platform"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting website accessible at https://mcwwin.win. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending investigation.
2.2 One Account Per Person. Each natural person is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on mcwwin. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, the same IP address, or any combination thereof — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonus balances held within them.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the point of registration and must update that information promptly if it changes. mcwwin is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information provided by the player. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
2.4 Geographical Restrictions. mcwwin is operated for and marketed to players in Bangladesh. 2.5 Employees. Current employees of mcwwin, its affiliated companies, its software providers, and the immediate family members of any such employees are not permitted to register player accounts or participate in any promotional activity on the platform.
3.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mcwwin username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. mcwwin staff will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify mcwwin immediately at if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. mcwwin will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.
3.3 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including any bets placed, withdrawals requested, and personal data changes made while your credentials are in use — whether by you or, as a result of your negligence, by a third party.
3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. mcwwin strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA is available via SMS verification and provides a significantly higher level of protection against unauthorised access.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. mcwwin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. mcwwin reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to each payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction in the mcwwin cashier. These limits are subject to change and may vary during promotional periods.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (see Section 8). Once verification is complete, withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within one (1) hour during standard business hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. mcwwin does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of funds obtained through illegal activity, or depositing on behalf of a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
4.5 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the mcwwin platform to denote BDT amounts. mcwwin does not apply currency conversion fees on BDT transactions.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. mcwwin reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after a thirty (30) day written notice period. The balance of a dormant account will never be reduced below zero.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by mcwwin are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms and conditions published alongside the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) applied to the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.
5.3 Eligible Games. Not all games on mcwwin contribute equally toward the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are published in the bonus terms for each individual promotion. Bets placed on certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering calculations.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. mcwwin reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, exploited through low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value, or obtained in violation of the one-account-per-person rule.
5.5 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions. mcwwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-campaign, players who have already opted in and deposited in good faith will be contacted directly.
6.1 Binding Bets. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the mcwwin system, it is final and cannot be reversed, cancelled, or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to review the details of each bet before confirming placement.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market and are displayed within each game interface or betting market. mcwwin reserves the right to apply individual player-level betting limits at its discretion.
6.3 System Errors. In the event of a technical fault, system error, or communication failure that affects the recording or settlement of a bet, mcwwin reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the stake to the player's account. mcwwin is not liable for any losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
6.4 Obvious Errors in Odds. mcwwin reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly displayed in error — including manifest pricing mistakes, decimal transpositions, and odds published for incorrect markets. Bets accepted and settled under erroneous odds are subject to recalculation or voiding at mcwwin's discretion.
6.5 Cricket and Sports Betting. All sports betting markets, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh national cricket team matches, are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the relevant market pages. In all cases, mcwwin's decision on settlement of sports markets is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mcwwin platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended immediately, outstanding balances forfeited pending investigation, and the matter reported to relevant authorities where appropriate:
8.1 Verification Requirement. mcwwin is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests and at other points determined by our compliance programme. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.
8.2 Documents Required. To complete KYC verification, you may be required to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, a driver's licence, or utility bill confirming your current residential address. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered.
8.3 Timelines. mcwwin will endeavour to complete KYC review within two (2) business days of receiving complete and satisfactory documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification. mcwwin is not liable for any inconvenience caused by the KYC process where the player has failed to supply requested documentation promptly.
8.4 Refusal and Closure. mcwwin reserves the right to refuse to process a withdrawal, suspend an account, or close an account entirely if satisfactory KYC documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, or if the documentation provided raises concerns about identity or the source of funds.

9.2 Available Tools. Every mcwwin account includes access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly within the account dashboard: daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks); and permanent self-exclusion.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. A player who activates permanent self-exclusion will have their account closed immediately and will not be permitted to open a new account on mcwwin. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the mcwwin platform without prior written authorisation.
11.1 Platform Availability. mcwwin will use reasonable efforts to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party failures, and circumstances outside mcwwin's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mcwwin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of your use of or inability to use the mcwwin platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.3 Maximum Liability Cap. In all circumstances where mcwwin is found liable to a player, the maximum aggregate liability of mcwwin shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 No Warranty. The mcwwin platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12.1 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request the closure of your mcwwin account at any time by contacting our support team at . Any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the mcwwin platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the mcwwin platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with local laws.
14.2 Dispute Resolution. 14.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
